What You’ll See & Learn:

  1. The Cliffs of Moher
Walk along the cliff tops where sea meets sky, 700 feet above the Atlantic. Learn the legends, geology and ecological richness of this world-famous site—while your guide steers you clear of the worst of the crowds.
Optional: quieter coastal walk with views just as stunning and far less touristy.
  2. The Burren National Park
A stark, stunning limestone wilderness that feels like another planet—and yet it’s full of rare orchids, ancient tombs, and farming traditions older than Christianity.
We'll explore the landscape on foot, by car, or both—tailored to your energy levels and curiosity. Optional stops include:
    • Poulnabrone dolmen (Neolithic portal tomb)
    • Caherconnell stone fort or local farm visit
    • A hidden famine village or forgotten holy site
  3. Coastal Towns & Wild Detours
Depending on the route, we might visit:
    • Kinvara (with a scenic view of Dunguaire Castle)
    • Ballyvaughan or Doolin for lunch or local crafts
    • A tucked-away beach or viewpoint only locals know
  4. Galway City
Finish with a stroll through Galway’s Latin Quarter, soaking in its music, colour and bohemian flair. We can recommend the best spots for oysters, coffee, bookstores, or even a cheeky glass of something before heading back.
Optional: extended visit or early dinner in Galway if your schedule allows.
